How TimberCloud collects, uses, and protects information.

TimberCloud, Inc. ("TimberCloud," "we," "us") provides a platform for custom-manufacturing businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to timbercloud.com and the TimberCloud application.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, company, role, and (optionally) phone number, supplied when you sign up or are invited.
- Operational data — products, orders, customers, inventory, shipping addresses, and similar records you author in TimberCloud.
- Payment information — billing details for your subscription are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and basic device information, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve TimberCloud.
- To send transactional email (order receipts, password resets, billing notices).
- To send product updates and tips, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
- To meet legal obligations and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We share data with service providers acting on our behalf (Stripe, SendGrid, hosting, analytics) under contractual data-handling terms. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
- You can access, export, or delete data tied to your account from TimberCloud admin.
- You can opt out of marketing email at any time.
- For requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, email privacy@timbercloud.com.
Retention
We retain account and operational data for the life of the account, plus a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and tax obligations.
