Cookie Policy
How TimberCloud uses cookies and similar technologies.
Last updated: May 13, 2026
TimberCloud uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and the TimberCloud application. This page explains what those technologies do and the choices you have.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on your device by your browser. Cookies let a website remember information between page loads or visits — like keeping you logged in.
How we use them
- Strictly necessary — authentication, security, load balancing, and remembering your session. These cannot be turned off.
- Preferences — remembering UI choices like sidebar state or theme.
- Analytics — aggregate usage data (which pages get visited, which features get used) to improve the product. We use a small number of third-party analytics tools; none of them sell your data.
- Marketing — limited use on the marketing site (timbercloud.com) to measure ad performance. Not used inside the authenticated app.
Third parties
We use these third-party services that may set cookies on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- SendGrid — transactional email.
- Analytics provider — usage analytics on the marketing site.
- Calendar embed — booking demos.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break authentication; blocking analytics and marketing cookies will not affect your ability to use TimberCloud.
