The order-to-shipment platform for custom manufacturers — built by a developer who grew up on the shop floor, running in production at a 60-year-old cabinet-door shop today.

Production tracking — every order, every station
Here’s what that costs you.
A contact form. You email specs back. Most never reply.
Excel quote. Forgot the hinges. There goes the margin.
Check for the deposit. Chase the balance for a week.
Email → cut sheet → CNC — 34″ becomes 43″.
Whiteboard in the shop. Two guys built the same cabinet.
Promised walnut Friday. Four boards on hand, not twelve.
Quote said $40. Label was $87. You ate the difference.
“Where’s my order?” Twenty calls a week.
Sound familiar?
That’s where up to 40% of your day goes.Traditional ecommerce was built for fixed SKUs. TimberCloud turns your catalog into a configurable storefront where customers enter dimensions, choose materials, finishes, and options, see calculated pricing, and submit a complete made-to-order purchase without the usual quote-and-email back-and-forth.
Sell direct or give dealers, contractors, designers, and trade customers a faster way to configure and place orders online.

See it. Configure it. Price it. Then build it. Native 3D product configuration is included on every plan—not a separate visualization tool. Your product rules connect the preview, formula pricing, and part dimensions as buyers choose sizes, materials, and options.
Try changing dimensions or switching product types
Let buyers review the configured door, cabinet, drawer, or other product before they order.
Part dimensions and cut information come from the same product rules as the configuration.
Pricing responds as customers change dimensions, materials, and options.
Visuals, pricing, part dimensions, and production data stay connected to one product definition.
Included with every plan — Commerce, Build, Production and Enterprise.
Cut sheets, BOMs, part lists, and routing are generated from the order — with dimensions, materials, and specifications attached — so production doesn’t have to reinterpret what sales already entered.
Station tracking
See every order at every station in real time — router, sanding, finishing, assembly.
Reporting
Reports on throughput, on-time delivery, and cost per SKU.
Bottleneck visibility
See where the bottlenecks are before they push a job late.

I spent more than a decade at my family’s business, Porta Door, a cabinet door and architectural millwork manufacturer started by my grandfather in 1958 and later carried forward by my father. During that time, I saw firsthand how difficult it was for custom shops to modernize with software that wasn’t built for the way they actually work.
Shopify wasn’t built for custom sizes, options, pricing logic, and production. ERPs were expensive, slow, and back-office-first. Shops were stuck forcing their work into tools that were never made for them.
So I built TimberCloud — configurable commerce on the front end, connected order and production workflows on the back end. One system built around the way custom shops actually sell, build, and fulfill orders.
